IGORS FILINS

I hold an unwavering love for athleticism and a high-quality, healthy lifestyle. With nearly two decades dedicated to the sports and fitness arena, I've become both a passionate athlete and coach, turning physical training into an enjoyable and exhilarating journey. Through my extensive experience, I've explored various training and nutrition methods, enabling me to sift through the overwhelming influx of information. Driven by an insatiable thirst for learning, improvement, and innovation, my ultimate goal is to use my accumulated knowledge to steer others towards their fitness and health goals.

ZERO GRAVITY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

When people mention "staying in shape," I interpret it as a call to regress. In my view, the key to success and improvement in any endeavor is continuous growth and learning. Many approach their fitness goals from a materialistic standpoint: "I want bigger arms, I want to lose belly fat." Few grasp the essence of genuine training and personal development, both mentally and physically. Muscularity is a byproduct of performance, not the other way around. This means that as you become more functional, mobile, and resistant to cardio, your physique improves, and your health flourishes. Many confine their fitness aspirations to rudimentary tips and training routines like "arm day" or "leg day," which often don't align with real-life goals. For instance, while few aspire to resemble a bodybuilder, many aim for the physique of Brad Pitt in Troy. So why do they train like bodybuilders? Simply put, it's often due to a lack of understanding. In this project, I aim to clarify things for those who appreciate intelligent, consistent effort in the realms of physical training and nutrition. My guiding principle in all fitness practices is longevity. Welcome aboard.

Nutrition

Nutrition plays a pivotal role in everyone's life. Just as I see exercise in every movement, it's vital to fuel your body with the proper nutrition, regardless of whether you're a top-tier athlete or working in an office.

Often, when people think of nutrition, they imagine hardship, discomfort, and lack of sustainability. However, I view nutrition as a tool—a means to enhance performance. There's no inherent dichotomy between "good" and "bad" foods; it's about the quality of what you eat. Each macronutrient can be leveraged to your advantage with the right knowledge.

Those who maintain exceptional physical condition don't suffer; they enjoy applying their understanding of nutrition to make optimal choices in any situation.

Ultimately, achieving peak fitness is about having a deep understanding of nutrition.

Training

I embrace an active lifestyle that extends far beyond the confines of a gym or a park. To me, every movement embodies an opportunity for physical training. With boundless possibilities and ideas, I believe it's essential to grasp our innate physical capabilities and tailor workouts with longevity and efficiency in mind.

Effort and structure are fundamental to achieving optimal results, in my view. Having crafted over a thousand distinct workouts, I continually share my insights, integrating fresh concepts into my regimen. Variety is key—I never settle for repetition, always seeking to explore the wealth of ideas available.

The adage "work smarter, not harder" resonates deeply with me. Time is precious, and training intelligently is paramount. A well-designed, efficient training plan maximizes results while minimizing resource expenditure, be it time, money, or health.

My training philosophy isn't just something I espouse—it's ingrained in who I am.

Recovery

I often come across quotes like "go hard or go home" or "no days off," but I find them somewhat nonsensical.

Just imagine the repercussions of depriving yourself of sleep or food—how would you function?

Recovery stems from balance. When you manage your training and lifestyle effectively, there's no desperate need for a "vacation" because you don't constantly feel drained.

Progress in physical training actually arises from recovery, not just from working out. Understanding the importance of proper nutrition and managing training stress is crucial for achieving this balance. And above all, prioritizing sleep is essential.

Maintaining a calm nervous system is a major key to achieving balance.
